Seasonal Plan
$550/year
2 scheduled visits: before cooling season and before heating season

Quarterly Plan
$1,000/year
4 scheduled visits, one each quarter
- Covers the commercial HVAC system(s) listed on your agreement

- Written findings and recommendations after each visit
- More frequent checks for equipment that runs hard, like kitchens and long cooling seasons

How it works
What's Included

Mohave County's long cooling season works rooftop units hard for months, and Kingman's colder winters put heating to work. Maintenance helps catch developing issues early, but it can't prevent every breakdown.
Inspect & Test
Operating, electrical and performance checks on each covered system, including filters, belts, drains and controls where applicable.
Written Findings
After each visit you get what we found and any recommended repairs. Nothing extra is done without your approval.
Scheduled Around You
Visits are booked ahead during normal business hours, timed before peak cooling and, for Kingman and Golden Valley, before heating season.

Refrigeration Isquoted Separately
The Seasonal and Quarterly plans cover commercial HVAC equipment. Walk-in coolers, reach-ins and ice machines need their own maintenance scope, so we build a custom quote for them.

Routine commercial HVACR maintenance focuses on Comfort Air Solutions' primary Mohave County territory. Availability depends on equipment type, property location, maintenance scope, and scheduling. Qualifying larger commercial and project work elsewhere in Arizona may be considered depending on scope.

Commercial HVAC equipment such as rooftop package units and split systems. Refrigeration and ice machines are quoted separately.
Commercial RefrigerationTell us how many systems you have. Additional systems are added to your agreement and priced when we confirm the scope.
We explain the finding and give you the repair price. Repairs, parts and refrigerant are billed separately and only done with your approval.
